WSA is comprised of plumbing contractors signatory with the Chicago Journeymen Plumbers Local 130 UA. WSA serves its membership by fostering and maintaining a cooperative, collaborative relationship with its union partner. The contract between the two (Collective Bargaining Agreement) is negotiated every four years and defines terms of employment like wages, hours, benefits, and working conditions.
