Chicago Plumbing Material Pilot Program extended through December 31, 2018
The Department of Buildings is pleased to announce that the 6-month plumbing materials pilot program, which was announced in October 2017, is now extended through December 31, 2018, so that the Department may gather additional data. During the initial period, the Department received and processed almost 200 requests. WSA Members rub elbows with Rahm
WSA members Carlo Fabiano of R. Carrozza Plumbing and Joe Leone of Combined Plumbing & Sewer LLC snapped a shot with Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel at the Plumbers' Local 130 UA Corned Beef Dinner to raise funds for the St. Patrick's Day parade. Several WSA member companies participated at the dinner, which drew a record crowd of almost 1,200. Among the WSA contractors at the event were: Chas. F. Bruckner & Son; Fettes, Love & Sieben; Great Lakes Plumbing & Heating Co.; The Hill Group; Johns Plumbing, Inc.; Kuhn Plumbing; Norman Mechanical, Inc.; Quality Backflow Testing, and Warren F. Thomas Plumbing Co.
